Earning Points

Latitudes Rewards members earn points based on the number of nights sailed, with bonus opportunities that accelerate progress. Guests receive:
• 1 point per cruise night
• 1 additional point per night for booking a suite or The Haven
• 1 additional point per night when booking through Latitudes Insider Offers

Points are typically credited within 48 hours after a completed cruise and remain valid for life, allowing long-term members to steadily reach higher status levels without expiration.

Tier Levels

Norwegian’s program includes seven membership tiers, each unlocking new perks and added conveniences:

• Bronze (1–19 points): Members-only offers plus a 10% discount in duty-free shops.
• Silver (20–44 points): All Bronze perks plus a 10% discount on shore excursions.
• Gold (45–74 points): All Silver perks plus priority tender tickets and priority disembarkation.
• Platinum (75–149 points): All Gold benefits plus a complimentary dinner for two, concierge service and one free bag of laundry.
• Sapphire (150–349 points): All Platinum perks plus 25% spa treatment discount and priority restaurant and entertainment seating.
• Diamond (350–699 points): All Sapphire benefits plus a 25% internet discount, Sail & Sustain Mixology Experience and a one-time cabin upgrade.
• Ambassador (700+ points): All Diamond perks plus a complimentary 7-day cruise.
