Castaway Club Tiers
The Castaway Club has four membership levels, based on the number of completed sailings:
- Silver Castaway: 1 completed cruise
- Gold Castaway: 5 completed cruises
- Platinum Castaway: 10 completed cruises
- Pearl Castaway: 25 completed cruises
Each level offers additional perks, with benefits increasing as members move up in tier.
Key Member Benefits
All Castaway Club members receive early access to new itinerary bookings, priority windows for reserving onboard activities and port adventures ahead of first-time guests, and exclusive stateroom gifts. As members move up in tier, additional perks are added:
- Gold Members: Receive all Silver-level benefits, plus the ability to book activities 105 days before sailing, invitations to exclusive onboard receptions and discounts on select merchandise.
- Platinum Members: Enjoy all Gold benefits, along with earlier booking access at 120 days out, a complimentary dinner at Palo or Palo Steakhouse and the opportunity to book new itineraries at least three days before the general public.
- Pearl Members: Receive all Platinum benefits, plus concierge-level booking access 123 days prior to sailing and a complimentary unlimited digital photo package for the voyage.
Members are recognized with welcome-back gifts, collectible lanyards and Castaway Club branding throughout the cruise. Benefits apply on all sailings once the tier is earned and are designed to make each return voyage even more memorable.
Enrollment and Management
Guests are automatically enrolled in the Castaway Club after their first completed sailing. Membership information is accessible through the Disney Cruise Line website or Navigator app, where guests can track cruise history, tier level and upcoming eligible benefits. There is no cost to participate.
